I USUALLY DON'T BOTHER TO WRITE OR RESPOND TO REVIEWS BUT A FRIEND OF MINE TOLD ME SHE SAW THIS WEBSITE AND THE NEGATIVE COMMENT THAT WAS POSTED, SO I FELT THE NEED TO MAKE A COMMENT..I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT OF MARCO'S FOR MANY YEARS, (EVEN BEFORE HE WAS AN OWNER AT AQUA SALON)...I HAVE ALWAYS KNOWN HIM TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ACCOMODATING...AFTER ONE OF MY RECENT VISITS I THOUGHT HE LEFT MY BANGS A LITTLE BIT TOO LONG, SO I CALLED HIM AND HE TOLD ME TO STOP IN WHENEVER I HAD SOME FREE TIME AND HE WOULD CUT THEM SHORTER FOR ME...I HAVE ALSO TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF SEVERAL OF THE OTHER SPA SERVICES AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM...EVERYONE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR A CLEAN, RELAXING, AND PROFESSIONAL ATMOSPHERE....GIVE IT A TRY...YOU WON'T BE SORRY!!!!!!

I am so surprised to hear of any bad experience at Aqua! I know that sometimes things can happen but I have been going there for about 2 years now and never been unhappy. I see Todd, the other owner, for my hair and have used facial and massage services regularly. I have to say in my experiences have always been fantastic and Lynn gives me the best massage I've ever had! Before anyone discredits this place you should try it for yourself. Everyone is very pleasant and the atmosphere is beautiful.

I WENT FOR A HOT STONE MASSAGE THAT TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE. MARCUS IS NEW AND CLUELESS ABOUT A HOT STONE MASSAGE. HE SAID PEOPLE LIKED DIFFERENT LEVELS OF HOT! I DOUBT THAT...YOU CANNOT LIKE BURNING HOT STONES ON YOUR BODY. I SHOULD HAVE LEFT AS SOON AS HE MADE THAT COMMENT BUT I GAVE HIM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. I STAYED TO ONLY BE BURNED BY THE STONES! HE ALSO HAD A SMALL HEATER ON IN THE SMALL ROOM. MY BODY TEMPERATURE RAISED QUICKLY AND I TOLD HIM TO REMOVE THE SHEET, TURN OFF THE HEATER AND STOP. HE CONTINUED TO DO SWEDISH MASSAGE AND I STAYED RELUCTANLY. I SHOULD HAVE LEFT. I PAID AND EXITED PROMISING NEVER TO RETURN. LATER, SOMEONE CALLED TO ASK HOW I WAS AND I TOLD HER I WAS BURNED. I CALLED THE OWNER AND HE ASKED ME TO GO BACK TO SEE THE AREA WHERE I WAS BURNED!! I TOLD HIM I WAS HUMILIATED ENOUGH AND WOULD NOT RETURN. HIS NAME IS MARK AND IS HALF OWNER. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER!!! VERY POOR AND VERY RUDE. AND I PAID. MARK REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY.

To anyone reading, This is Marco owner of Aqua Salon & Spa. I am sorry to hear that this person felt the need to write such a dishonest review. Yes this person was unhappy with the new massage therapist, who is no longer working for us. I personally called her because I heard she was unhappy. I tried my best to accommodate her in every way I could. She was unwilling to meet with me so I could evaluate the situation and do whatever was necessary to make her happy. I had never met her before and wanted the opportunity to meet with her face to face to see what the "problem" was. The happiness of all our clients is the most important thing to us here at Aqua Salon & Spa. We guarantee all our services and will do anything to make sure that promise is kept. Thank-You Marco

I had heard good things about Aqua from some women in my office, so after yet another unimpressive experience at my regular salon I decided to try Aqua for myself. OH MY GOD! Not only is it the most beautiful salon I have ever seen but the staff was so friendly. I was instantly welcomed and felt so comfortable. They have this really cool coffee bar too. My hair was done by one of the owners, Todd. Great guy and the best haircut I ever had. I booked my next appointment with him and can't wait to go back. They do everything there, even things I never heard of. If anyone is looking for a new place I totally recommend you try Aqua. Hopefully you'll be as happy as I am.
